My name is Amanda Easterling, I am an artist and a game designer, working to building inclusive, narrative driven games and artwork. I am a Communication Arts Major with a Minor in Creative Writing at VCU. I hope that my games and art can encourage empathy and self expression for those who are struggling with understanding others. I am using speculative fiction to explore the themes around accessibility, disability and autism. I want to challenge the fear and hesitation many people have when sharing their challenges and needs. While I primarily work in digital art, I value exploration across many different mediums and methods. I feel deeply motivated by my viewers enjoyment and happiness which keeps me creating more and more.
